Orit joined Meivia in 2019. She is a highly experienced executive with over 30 years of experience. In the last 21 years, Orit was the Director of the two most prestigious Executive MBA programs in Israel: The Kellogg Recanati EMBA program (the joint EMBA program of Tel-Aviv University and the Kellogg school of management) and the Recanati EMBA program.

In her capacity as the Director of both programs, Orit established and continuously improved the infrastructure of the programs in the areas of marketing, students and alumni relations, budget planning and control, information systems, public relations, international partnerships and cooperation. Orit worked extensively with Kellogg in identifying, establishing and creating added value derived of the Kellogg Executive MBA Global Network. Some of her initiatives were adopted by the Kellogg global network and became key differentiators of the network.

As the Director of the EMBA programs, Orit was involved in developing and building the business leadership of Israel, one class at a time, indirectly unlocking billions of dollars of value to the Israeli economy and the world.

Previous to managing the EMBA programs, Orit worked with IBM for 15 years where she provided consulting for IBM’s clients and conducted Strategic Management workshops for managment of all sectors. In this capacity Orit practiced and developed her ability to identify and understand the key challenges and issues organizations are faced with and to support them in developing and implementing solutions.

Orit holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management, CUM Laude, from the Technion -Israel Institute of Technology, 1982 and an MBA from INSEAD, 1986.

Orit is an enthusiastic traveler, walks on a daily basis and has started recently painting in oil.
